Google Buzz
Google introduced new Feature called Google Buzz. It is a way to share text,photos, videos, etc all in one place with your Friends(privately or publicly) and friends can comment it too. It is also integrated with Twitter, Flickr etc. You do not need to install any softwares, Plugins , it will be available in your Gmail account. Google is making it available for all users. So it may take few days to implemented in all accounts.
You can also see your Locations if you have enable Google Buzz on your Phone.

My personal review: I feel this is an alternative to Google Wave.
